Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click that link to see the latest status from the carrier.

Check your order status

You can also view your order status anytime by visiting the link included in any of your order emails from Fireline Athletics.

• Open your order confirmation or shipping notification email.
• Click the View your order button or link.
• Your order status page will show fulfillment progress and your tracking number when available.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are fulfilled and handed off to the carrier within 6–7 business days of being placed. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Can't find your shipping email?

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Fireline Athletics. If you still can't locate it, make sure you entered the correct email address when you placed your order.
